I also suggest improving your diet, (minimising things like sugar and fructose) eating adequate amounts of proteins and do your best to limit the amount of carbohydrates you consume.

The average sugar consumption in Australia is 20% of our total calories AND IS RISING. Sugar is now being recognised as the major source for our increase in obesity.

Our being overweight is very important to your anti aging hopes and definitely should not be overlooked.
