Longevity.I don't think its only me, but increased longevity seems to be a very popular subject these days, particularly with older people like me. I thought therefore I should provide you with some useful information on what is now becoming a tremendous support for a long, happy and successful life. This applies to not only to myself and also I hope to many others. I am well past my 91st birthday and therefore believe I can speak with some experience on this matter as I am now virtually free from needing any medical drugs. Apart from a very small thyroid supplement I am pretty fit for a person who has been able to achieve my age. Many people deprive themselves of some of life’s great pleasures in search of longer or an extended lifespan. If you are going to do this, what is the purpose of living to a ripe old age anyway?. Life was intended to be enjoyed.
There is no commitment. However I can then respond to you personally and I hope answer any questions you may have.
